What we do
Technical study & design
Each project begins with a study and design phase focused on understanding the constraints and defining the most suitable solution.
Equipment integration, ergonomics, operating conditions and specific requirements are all taken into account to develop a coherent solution, designed around real-world use and the specificities of each project. Beyond dimensions or components to be integrated, this stage also helps anticipate usage habits and constraints that make a difference in day-to-day operation.
This process relies on 3D CAD tools to visualise, test and refine the project before production. The goal is not only to design a flight case, but to build a solution adapted to a specific use.

Manufacturing
Manufacturing in our workshop relies on a combination of technical resources, including CNC routing, machining tools, and equipment for working wood and metal, from assembly through to finishing. This combination ensures precision, build quality and adaptability to the specific requirements of each project.
Beyond the main structure of the flight case, this process also allows the production of custom foam inserts adapted to the transported equipment, as well as various levels of customisation: logo engraving, equipment identification, and panel marking for rack fronts.
Each build is designed to deliver a robust, functional solution suited to intensive professional use.

Flight Cases Rental
Flight case rental provides a flexible solution for short-term needs, busy operational periods or longer projects.
The available models cover a range of uses within technical production and live event environments:
Standard trunks and cases for technical needs (toolboxes etc.)
mobile workstations (for production and technical use)
catering and small logistics solutions (coffee machines, etc.)
event safety equipment (fire extinguishers, etc.)
Rental solutions are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Repair and maintenance
Flight cases are designed for intensive use, but their operation may require repairs or adjustments over time. RÒDA Cases works on plywood panels, foam inserts, hardware, castors and technical components in order to restore or reinforce existing equipment.
Some models can also be modified or reconfigured to accommodate new equipment or meet different usage requirements. It is also possible to work on an entire existing fleet, following a long-term maintenance approach.
Repairing, adapting and reusing helps extend the lifespan of existing equipment, while reducing the need for new purchases and limiting the consumption of raw materials.
Study, manufacture, rent, repair and evolve: solutions for your technical needs at every stage.
